Services Offered
Tania Rowe Web Design offers custom website design, website development, Website Care memberships, branding assistance, and related digital services for small businesses.
Free Consultations
Initial consultations are complimentary and are used to understand your business, review your goals, and determine whether we are a good fit to work together.
Project Quotes
Every project receives a personalized written quote based on the pages, features, and content required. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
- The remaining 50% balance is due before the website is launched.
- Website Care memberships are billed monthly in advance.
Revision Policy
Each project includes a reasonable number of design revisions as outlined in your written proposal. Additional revisions may be quoted at an hourly rate.
Client Responsibilities
To keep your project moving smoothly, you agree to provide content, images, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
Project Timelines
Timelines are estimated in your written proposal and depend on timely communication and content delivery. Delays in feedback or content may extend the timeline.
Communication Expectations
I respond to messages within one business day, Monday through Friday. Communication happens primarily by email.
Website Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment, you own the design and content of your website. Third-party assets, licensed fonts, plugins, and stock imagery remain governed by their respective licenses.
Domains & Hosting
Domains and hosting are typically registered in your name and remain your property. Costs for domains, hosting, and premium third-party subscriptions are billed separately unless included in your written proposal.
Website Care Memberships
Website Care memberships are month-to-month and may be canceled before your next billing cycle. Unused monthly update time does not roll over.
Third-Party Services
Your website may use third-party services (such as hosting, email marketing, or booking systems). Their availability and pricing are outside of my control, and their terms apply to your use of them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tania Rowe Web Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of my website or services.
Termination
Either party may terminate an active project with written notice. Deposits and any completed work are non-refundable, and any outstanding balance for work completed to date remains due.
