Consultations
Initial consultations are always free.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Your deposit reserves my time and secures your spot in the schedule.
Completed Custom Work
Custom design and development work that has been completed is non-refundable.
Digital Products
Digital products cannot be returned or refunded.
Domain & Hosting
Domain and hosting purchases are generally non-refundable, as they are provided by third-party services.
Website Care Memberships
Website Care memberships may be canceled at any time before your next billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Once a billing cycle has started, that month is non-refundable, and your membership will remain active until the end of the current period.
